Ingredients:
1 green chilli finely chopped
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
oil
Salt to taste
2. Heat the appe pan and put a drop of oil in each cavity of pan.
3. Now add a tablespoon of batter in each and put a couple drops of oil on each appe.
4. Cover and let it cook on medium heat for a couple of minutes. The top should be almost cooked but not dry.
5. Now flip it using a fork and let it cook on other side for a minute.
6. Serve of with chatni.
