Kanda Bhaji

Ingredients
2 Large onions
4-5 tbsp besan
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp oil + oil for frying
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander
Salt to taste



Method
1.      Cut the onions into 2 halfs. Remove skin and slice them.
2.      Separate the onion slices into  single pieces.
3.      Add chili powder, cumin powder and salt and mix well. Let it stand for 5-10 minutes.
4.      Onions will give out its juices. Now add fresh coriander.
5.      Add besan just enough to bring it together.
6.      Fry in hot oil and serve hot.
