Lasoon Chatni (Garlic Chutney)

Ingredients
2 tbsp peeled garlic cloves
2 tbsp roasted and peeled peanuts
1 tbsp red chili powder (or to taste)
1 cup grated dry coconut
Salt to taste

Method:
1.  Dry roast grated coconut and let it cool.
2.  Cut garlic into small pieces.
3.  First add peanuts and garlic to a mixer and blend it to coarse crumbs.
4.  Now add coconut, chili powder and salt. Mix and blend to a coarse paste.
5.  Store in an airtight container in fridge.
6.  Tastes great with chapati, bhakri or rice.
