Green Chatni

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh grated coconut
½ cup fresh coriander washed
2 green chilies
2 cloves of garlic
½ tsp cumin (optional)
Salt to taste
 
Method:
1.  Cut the chillies and garlic into pieces.
2.  Mix and blend all ingredients with a couple of tablespoons of water to a consistency between coarse and fine.
3. Serve with bhakri.
