Homemade mukhwas

Ingredients:
1 cup saunf/aniseed
1/4 cup alsi (flax seeds)
2 tbsp of ajwain
1/4 cup white sesame seeds

Method:
Separately roast each of the ingredient lightly.
Mix and let it cool. Store in airtight jar.
Have 1/2 tsp after every meal
