Ingredients:
1 dudhi cut into 1 cm cubes
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
Pinch of hing
Chili powder to taste
1 tsp goda masala (or to taste)
2 tbsp roasted peanut powder
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a thick bottom vessel.
2. Add mustard seeds, when they crackle add hing and turmeric powder.
3. Add dudhi and mix. Add chili powder and goda masala
4. Mix well. Add enough water to just cover (or slightly below) dudhi.
5. Cook on medium flame till dudhi is almost cooked, 8-10 mins
6. Add peanut powder and salt and cook further for 3-4 mins
7. Serve with chapati
