Masoor Daal Bhaji

Ingrdients:
1 cup Masoor daal soaked for 2 hours
2 green chilies
1 tbsp ginger finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh coriander finely chopped
1 small onion finely chopped
1 tbsp of besan
salt to taste
oil for frying
Method:
1. Grind Masoor daal with chilies and ginger to a paste using 1-2 tbsp of water.
2. Add coriander, onion, besan and salt
3. Make Bhajis in hot oil.
4. Serve with your favorite chutney.
