Tilachi Chatani (Sesame Chatni)

Ingredients:
200 gm of unpolished Til
2 tsp of chilli powder (or as per taste)
salt to taste

Method:
1. Clean the til
2. Roast in a thick bottom pan for 5-6 mins. Til should be warmed through and give aroma
3. Cool Til and transfer to mixer.
4. Add chilli powder and salt, close the lid and shake to mix
5. Blend on Pulse to get coarse consistency.
6. Store in airtight container. Tastes great with dahi rice, chapati or bread butter
