Prawns mini cutlets (Kolambichi Vadi)

Ingredients:
500 gms of prawns cleaned washed and devained
1 tbsp of chilli powder
1 tsp of turmeric powder
1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
3-4 tbsp of rice flour
2 tbsp finely chopped corriandar
1 medium onion finely chopped
salt
oil for shallow frying

Method:
1. Marinate the prawns with chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and salt and let it stand for some time.
2. Add the onions and corriandar to the mixture and mix in rice flour so you bind the mixture together.
3. Heat a non-stick pan and add oil
4. Spoon the mixture into roundlets with atleast 1 prawn per roundlet
5. Let it cook for 2-3 mins
6. Flip and cook on other side
7. Serve hot with your favorite chatni
