Prawn and raw banana curry

Ingredients:
250 gms of cleaned, devained and washed prawns
2 raw bananas, skin removed and chopped into 1 cm dice
1 medium onion finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 tbsp of chilli powder
1 tsp of turmeric powder
2 tbsp of garlic paste
2 tbsp of finely chopped fresh corriandar
2 tbsp of grated fresh coconut
1-2 green chillies chopped
1 tbsp of oil
salt to taste

Method:
1. Marinate the prawns with chilli powder, turmeric powder, garlic paste and salt and keep aside.
2. Mix chopped bananas, corriandar, coconut, green chillies
3. Heat oil and add crushed garlic, saute for a min.
4. Add choped onion and saute till translucent.
5. Add the prawns and saute for 2-3 min till they turn pink
6. Add the banana mixture and mix well.
7. Add water if required to adjust consistency.
8. Let it come to boil and then cook covered on simmer till banana is cooked (about 8-10 mins)
9. Serve with chapati.
