Paneer Burji

Ingredients
300 gm Paneer
3 Blanched tomatoes
1/2 inch ginger
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp oil
1 tsp Ghee
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 small green capsicum (simla), finely chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kasoori methi
salt to taste

Method:
1. Blend blanched tomatoes, ginger and garlic and make into a puree.
2. Heat oil and ghee in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds.
3. Add onion and capsicum and saute on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
4. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder and garam masala. Mix well.
5. Cook covered for 7-8 minutes, stirring in between,
6. Roast kasoori methi for a minutes and then crush.
7. Add crumbled paneer and mix. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
8. Add kasoori methi and salt. Mix and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Paneer burji is ready to serve.
