Chicken Salami Sandwich

Ingredients
2 salami slices, thawed
4 bread slices
1 slice of cheese
1 tsp olive oil or butter

Method:
1.  Heat the grill pan and spread oil.
2.  Grill salami slices and 2 slices of bread till the salami is heated through and gets nice grill marks.
3.  Keep the cheese slices in fridge till very last minute. This makes it easier to peel the plastic cover.
4.  Now place half cheese slices on each bread slice.
5.  Top it with salami slice.
6.  Grill other 2 slices of bread and top the sandwich.
7.  Flip the sandwich to cook it on other side.
8.  Serve hot with tomato ketchup or barbeque sauce.
