Fruit Shrikhand


Ingredients
250 gm Readymade Shrikhand, any flavor
½ cup milk (may need little more)
¼ cup each finely diced apple and pear with skin
2 tbsp chopped almonds and cashew
Shot glasses for serving
Grapes cut into pieces for garnishing

Method:
1.      Put the shrikhand in a large mixing bowl.
2.      Add milk to it and mix gently till it gets to dropping consistency.
3.      Now and fruits and dry fruits and mix.
4.      Fill shot glasses with 2-3 tbsp of the mixture and garnish this with grapes.
5.      Set in fridge (not freezer) for 2-3 hrs before serving.
