Ingredients:
1 cup upasachi bhajani
½ cup curd
1 green chilli
2 tsp fresh coconut
2 tsp peanut powder
1 tsp cumin divided
1 tsp ghee
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Blend coconut, green chili, peanut powder, ½ tsp cumin and curd in a blender.
2. Gradually add 1 cup of water to make a smooth mixture. Add salt.
3. Heat ghee in a thick bottom pan. Add remaining ½ tsp cumin.
4. Now add the mixture and mix well. Cook covered for 2-3 mins
5. Give it a mix and cook covered for another 4-5 min, stirring in between.
Serve hot with curd on side.
